Babiha support
Help with the Babiha platform and the Babiha mobile app
The Babiha mobile app is provided by Babiha Care Solutions Limited for authorised staff of care agencies using Babiha. Some devices and app stores may still show the app's earlier name, Babiha Carer.
Get help
For rota changes, care records, access to a client, or account permissions, contact your care agency first. Your agency controls those records and your access.
For a technical problem with the Babiha website or app, email support@babiha.care. Tell us your name, agency, device model, app version, and what happened so we can investigate.
Never email us your password, PIN, or care information about a client or service user.
Urgent situations
Babiha support is not an emergency service. Follow your agency's emergency and safeguarding procedures. If there is an immediate danger to life, call 999.
Unwanted messages or staff notices
Report a user, received message or announcement from the messaging screen. Block user stops new personal messages in both directions and hides their authored notices. Care access and essential system care alerts remain available.
Reports are confidential to authorised reviewers. The reported person and the reporter cannot review their own matter. If a manager is involved or local leadership has a conflict, contact support@babiha.care for independent platform support. Provide the report reference if available; avoid unnecessary client or service user information. An email to support is separate from an in-app report and is not an emergency response.
